Field Guide is designed to collect as little as possible. In plain terms: the app does not ask for your name, email, or account, and it does not track you.
Nothing personal. Field Guide has no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you.
Your progress — which lessons you've completed, your review schedule, and your streak — is stored only on your device. It never leaves your phone and is removed if you delete the app.
The app downloads its lesson content from a public file we host. These requests deliver lessons to your device; they do not send any personal data about you, and we do not build any profile of you from them.
Field Guide contains general-knowledge educational content suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address.
